Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your Doll, please return the Doll in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt along with a short explanation of why.  A full refund or exchange will be given (less P & H) within 30 days.   Upon receipt of the Doll, please inspect for damage.  If any damage is found please notify Precious Keepsake immediately.  A full refund or exchange will be given within 30 days of return of doll.
